A beautiful north devon wedding.I wanted to share with you Ruth and David’s beautiful north devon wedding filled with loads of homemade details. This was my first wedding of the jubilee weekend. Which found me over in Braunton, north Devon. The ceremony was held at the stunning St Augstine church in Heanton Punchardon. Then we went on to the village hall in the middle of Croyde after we stopped for the couples portraits on the beach at saunton sands. But first I must say a big thank you to Ruth’s Mum. Who kept me going with toasted bagels and cups of coffee the wedding photographers breakfast of choice. 🙂 I also think I met my match on the organisational front Ruth’s sister with our printed schedules, which became a running joke throughout the day, checking up on me and if I was on schedule. So thank you ladies for making it a fun day. We also managed to avoid the showers long enough to get some great images down on the beach. Where the best man David’s brother did a brilliant job of stopping my equipment blowing off into the sea. Then off to the village hall for an English tea party, which was later followed by a hog roast. I really loved the handmade guest name tags (see the bottom of the post), which had seeds in the paper so they could be planted as a lasting reminder of their wedding day. My memory of the day will be of the laughter and fun. So if you are planning a wedding in North Devon please get in contact as soon as possible because dates are filling up fast.
